For my first time buyers, I do a buyers consultation explain the buying process step by step from beginning to end.  My goal is to make their first time experience a good one.

For my out of town buyers, I provide useful information, map, we tour the city making sure they know the neighbourhood they are considering.  My goal is to make the transaction as easy as possible.

For my sellers I provide them with information and tips on selling their homes for the most money in the least amount of time. I involve other professionals to help get the home ready and I don't stop until the home is sold.
